Everyday Salad is as versatile as there is different foods. Choose your favorite fruits, veggies, and grains and enjoy the flavors God has given us. The way we choose to present our veggies may help us to enjoy them more and not get bored.

Grate: Carrots, Beats, Diakon Radish,
Spiralize: Apple, Zucchini, Cucumber, Jicama
Dice: Green peppers, Green Onion, Purple Onion, Tomatoes, Avocado
Toss in: Olives, Artichoke Hearts, Grapes, Sprouts
Bulk up with Grains, Legumes or Nuts: Pinenuts, Oat Groats, Quinoa, Kidney Beans, Pistachios, Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas),
