Sugar Cookies — The Hardy Party Eats

Bake at 350 Degrees

1 cup Butter

1 cup Sucanat

Cream 2-3 min. and add:

1 Tbs Baking Powder

1 Egg

1 tsp Vanilla

Dash of Salt

3 cups Soft White Wheat Flour

3/4 cup Milk

Don't over mix. Shape into a log on plastic wrap and wrap tightly then chill or freeze. Slice and place on parchment paper. Bake 350 till barely set 7-8 min.
