Sprouted Wheat Thins and Oaties
Sprouted Wheat Thins
2 cups Sprouted Wheat Flour (hard or soft, white or red)
½ tsp Salt
1/3 cup Butter
1 Tbs Honey
2/3 cup Milk (use a little at a time)
Oaties
3 Cups sprouted or soaked Oat flour
½ tsp Salt
1/3 cup Butter
2/3 cup Milk
1 Tbs Honey
optional add:
½ cup Chia or Chia flour
1 Tbs Sesame Seeds and some to sprinkle on top
Preheat oven to 325F.
Cut the Butter into the Flour until fine crumbles. Combine all ingredients except the milk. Pour in the milk a little at a time for a very soft dough, usually does not need all of the milk.
Divide into 3 parts. Put each part on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and roll out very thin. (Use parchment paper on top of the dough also to make it easier to roll out.)
Sprinkle with salt. Cut with a pizza cutter. Poke with a fork. Bake for 18 min. Finish crisping in a warm oven or dehydrator, or leave out on counter if you can resist eating them!
