Seeds/Wheat


  1. Soak Seeds for a day.

  2. Pour into pillow case (or smaller bags) tie the pillow case around a broom handle and hang in the bag over a 5 gallon bucket.

  3. If it is cold, below 40-45 degrees, turn on a heater next to them or just sprout in the house. You can hang them over a hole covered wiht a tarp. Then let them grow for about 2 days.

  4. Sprouts are best eaten raw, but can be dried like wheat to make sprouted wheat.
