Sourdough Crepes

Quantity: 8 big crepes


1 cup starter

2 Tbs butter (soffened)

1/4 cup your choice of sweetener Sucanat, Honey, Real Maple Syrup (opt on if you want a sweet crepe or not)

1/4 tsp salt

4 eggs

1/2 tsp Vanilla


  1. Blend in a blender.

  2. Butter a skillet then pour some of the batter in there. Swirl the skillett then cook.
