sour cream & Chive buns
Quantity: 12 buns
400`
¾ c sour cream
2 T sugar
1 tsp salt
2 T Crisco
1 pkg yeast
¼ c warm water
2 ¼ c flour
1 egg, beaten
1 ½ tsp chives
Combine Sour cream, sugar, salt, and crisco. Heat to boil then cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve the yeast into the water.
Combine everything and mix well.
Cover and let raise for about 30 minutes. Stir down and spoon into greased muffin tins. Raise for another 20-30 mintues.
Bake 400` for 15-20 minutes.
