Hidden Valley ranch sausage stars
Quantity: 4-5 dozen
Bake at 350 Degrees
2 c (1 LB) sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 ½ c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 ½ c grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1 c prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Original Dressing
1 2 ¼-oz can sliced black olives
½ c chopped red pepper
1 pkg wonton wrappers (or eggroll wrappers cut in 1/4's)
vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350`. Blot sausage dry with paper towels & combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives & red pepper. Lightly grease a mini-muffin tin & press 1 wrapper in each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes till golden. Remove from tins, place on baking sheet. Fill with sausage mix. Bake 5 minutes more till bubbly.
