Rice Pudding
Bake at 350 Degrees
13 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
7 1/2 Cup Scalded Milk
2-3 Cup Cooked Rice
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Whisk Eggs until blended very well! No stringy parts or chunks!
Cool scalded milk a little bit. Add Milk to eggs slowly, while whisking the whole time.
Add the vanilla, salt, and sugar. Mix. then add rice.
Sprinkle Cinnamon and Nutmeg on top.
Bake in a big ceramic dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The ceramic dish needs to sit in a pan of water.
