Rice Pudding

Bake at 350 Degrees


13 Eggs

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

2 1/2 tsp Vanilla

7 1/2 Cup Scalded Milk

2-3 Cup Cooked Rice

Nutmeg

Cinnamon


  1. Whisk Eggs until blended very well! No stringy parts or chunks!

  2. Cool scalded milk a little bit. Add Milk to eggs slowly, while whisking the whole time.

  3. Add the vanilla, salt, and sugar. Mix. then add rice.

  4. Sprinkle Cinnamon and Nutmeg on top.

  5. Bake in a big ceramic dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The ceramic dish needs to sit in a pan of water.
