Red Rice & Gravy

Bake at 350 Degrees


3 Pork Chops

1 8oz Can Tomato Sauce (or bottled tomatos)

1/2 Can of Water

4 tsp Vinegar

1 Bay Leaf

Salt

Black Pepper

1 tsp mixed pickling spice (Tie in cheese cloth)


  1. Brown the prok chops and the cover with the rest of the ingredients. Add Salt & Pepper to taste.

  2. Cook about 30 minutes until tender

  3. Strain the suace then thicken it.

  4. Serve with Rice & Green peas
