Orange Syrup & Berry topping
Orange Syrup:
Juice of 1 Fresh Orange Juice
the Zest of 1 Orange
1/2 cup Creamed Honey
1/4 cup Butter
Cook til the butter melts then 1-2 min more. If you cook it too long it will turn to an orange caramel that is quite delicious. If you melt the butter keeping the temperature below 115 and then add the honey it will stay "raw" with all it's enzymes making it much more nutritious and still very yummy.
Berry Topping
1 cup fresh Strawberries
1 Tbs Real Maple Syrup
1/2 Frozen Blueberries
Blend till chunky the strawberries and 1/2 the blueberries, leave the rest whole.
Serve with whipped cream!
