Noah’s Granola

Bake at 325 Degrees


24 cups (2750 g) Old Fashioned Oats

1 1/2 cups (200 g) Walnuts (Soaked)


6 cups (300 g) Unsweetened coconut


1 1/2 cups (275 g)  Sunflower or pumpkin seeds


1 1/2 cups (250 g) Almonds (soaked)


2 cups dried Currants (don’t bake, add after)

For Blender:
1 cup coconut Oil (350 g)


4 cups (700-800 g) Dates


1 cup water (300-500 g)


  1. Mix All Ingredients together until lumps are gone.

  2. Bake about 4 cups at a time on a cookie sheet for about 15 minutes. Until Browned

  3. Makes 1 large silver popcorn bowl, double it in two.
