Naturally Leavened Zucchini Bread

Bake at 325 Degrees


At Night:

1/2 cup Starter

8 cups Whole Wheat Flour

2 tsp Salt

2-3 Tbs Cinnamon according to taste

1 cup Honey

1 cup Real Maple Syrup

1 cup Coconut Oil

3 cups grated Zucchini

1/4 tsp ground Cloves

Cover and let sit on counter overnight.

In the Morning:

4 tsp Baking Powder

2 tsp Soda

8 eggs

1 Tbs Vanilla


Mix all together. Cook 325 degrees for 45 min, 12-15 min for small muffins

Makes 2 dozen small muffins and 2 loaves
