Naturally leavened whole wheat pizza
Bake at 550 Degrees
Make Bread Dough:
1/2 cup Starter
4 cups Non-clorinated water
1 Tbs salt
1/2 cup olive oil (optional)
10 or so cups of Whole Wheat Flourd.
Toppings:
Pinenuts, Pears, Pomegranate, Blue Cheese, Cream Cheese, Sausage, Red Onion, Green Onion, Red or Green Pepper, Jalepeno, Smoked Mozzarella, Pineapple, Walnuts,
Let sit for 8-12 hours
Preheat oven to highest temperature possible. Mine goes to 550°. Preheat your pizza stone if you have one at this time. If not use the back side of a cookie sheet. Let preheat for at least 30 min to get really hot.
Shape into pizza on parchment paper
Top with your favorite toppings like marinara sauce, mozzarella, and basil, or olive oil and garlic salt with basil
Slide Pizza with paper onto stone or pan. Cook for 5 min on convection or 8 if not or until very browne
