My Fairy Rolls

2 c boiling water

1 c butter     

½ c sugar     

2 eggs          

2 T. yeast             

1 tsp. Baking Powder        

1 tsp. Salt                   

6 c flour       

  1. Drop butter in boiling water. Add the sugar then cool.

  2. Add eggs and yeast. Stir well.

  3. Add Baking Powder, salt, and flour. Beat together until it looks like a sponge.

  4. Raise double, shape and raise double again. Bake 375` F for 30 minutes or until light brown.
