Mustard ring


4 Tbsp Dry Mustard

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Vinegar

4 Eggs

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 Cup Warm Water

Envelope of Knox gelatin

2/3 Cup Whipping Cream


  1. Beat good the mustard, sugar, and vinegar.

  2. Mix Knox gelatin in with the water. Add Eggs and Boil for about 1 min.

  3. Cook everything together till thick then set aside to cool.

  4. While cooling whip the cream. Add whiped cream to mixture and beat together. Then you can mold it into the ring.
