mint chocolate orbs


1/8 c pecans

1/2 c almonds

1/2 c dates (Measured by squishing them down in the cup before chopping)

1/8 c raisins

1 Tbls coconut (this might be more like 1/4 c. I wrote 1 tbs but that doesn't seem like much and I can't remember what I really did :)

4 tsp cocoa (I used dutch processed)

1 Tbs coconut oil

1 or more drops of mint extract


  1. I use my food processor to grind the nuts and dates and raisins into a type of paste.

  2. Add everything else and blend well. Roll into small balls.

  3. Then I like to roll the balls in finely ground nuts and coconut. I find it best to store in the freezer but they do not need refrigeration.
