Jordan’s Mango Bean Salad

Quantity: 2 Servings


1 Can Black Beans

Fresh Cilantro

1 Clove Garlic

1 Jalepeno Pepper (opt)

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Mango

Black Pepper

Gumin

Lime

Salt


  1. Dice the Peppers, and the garlic mix together. Rinse the Black Beans

  2. Cook in skillet with oil. Start with peppers until they are soft then add the beans

  3. Season With salt, cumin, and black pepper. Take off the heat. Mix half the cilantro into the bean mix.

  4. Please mango and slice or dice. We like Diced.

  5. Juice the lime into a small bowl, add oil, salt, pepper, and cilantro.

  6. This is really yummy served over rice.
