italian blue cheese dressing


1/2 c. olive oil

1/4 c apple cider vinegar

1/4 c blue cheese crumbles

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder or crush 1-2 cloves fresh garlic

1/2 tsp rosemary garlic seasoning by Tone's or just use rosemary

3 sprigs fresh thyme or you can use dried

1 Tbs LiteHouse freeze-dried Salad Herb Blend or just use Chives

2 tsp Balsamic vinegar

1/4 c hard fresh grated parmesan cheese


I loved this salad with mung bean sprouts, sun flour sprouts and a little more large blue cheese crumbles. Put some sautéed portobello mushrooms on top and Enjoy!
