Grandma Burrow's Corn or Apple Fritters

Quantity:

Bake at 350 Degrees


1 cup Sprouted Whole Wheat Flour (any flour white or wheat will work of course)

1/4 cup Milk

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

2 Eggs

For Corn add:

2-1/2 cups frozen Corn

For Apple add:

2 cups finely diced Apples

3/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Vanilla


Mix and drop by tablespoons into hot oil.  Remember Saturated fat is the fat to fry in.
