gluten free rice bread


1 3/4 Cup Rice flour, brown

1 Cup Tapioca flour

2 1/2 tsp Xantham Gun

2 tsp Salt

1 Cup Water, 110 Degree

2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

3 Eggs


  1. Whip together 3 eggs in your mixer.

  2. while they are whipping combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.

  3. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the eggs, mix together.

  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients, beating together on low. Knead 4 min. the dough will be very wet. almost like cake batter.
