Funeral Potatoes

Quantity:

Bake at 350 Degrees


5lbs of Potatoes

1 Cup Cream

1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)

1 pt Sour Cream

2 - 3 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Cup dry minced onions or 1/2 Cup Fresh Onions

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Chives

1 1/2 tsp “Rosemary Garlic” Spice

1/2 tsp Garlic Granules


  1. Boil potatoes in their jackets, cool then grate them.

  2. mix together the rest of the ingredients.

  3. In a Pan layer: Potatoes, Sauce, Potatoes, Sauce

  4. Top with the Grated Cheese

  5. WOrks well to make ahead and refrigerate over night.

  6. Bake at 350 Degrees covered for 45-60 min. Bake uncovered for the last few minutes to brown the cheese.
