Crunchy carrot balls
Quantity: 14 balls
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
½ c grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp honey
1 c finely shredded carrot
1/3-½ c Grapenuts
2 T finely chopped parsley
Blend in mixer Cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and honey.
Stir in carrots.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes then roll in small sized balls.
Roll balls in grapenuts and parsley just before serving.
