Catalina Island Dressing — The Hardy Party Eats

1/4 of a Yellow Onion roughly chopped

1/2 cup Homemade ketchup or tomato sauce

1/4 Golden Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 Honey

1-1/2 tsp Annies Natural Organic Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Paprika

1/2 to 1 tsp Salt to taste

1/4 tsp Pepper

1 cup Olive Oil

Throw it all in your blender, drizzle in the oil a bit at a time while blending and it will emulsify and be thick and lovely. Double makes 1 quart.
