Caramel Popcorn


Caramel

1 cube Butter

1 cup Sucanat

1/2 cup Agave

Pop:

3/4 cups of popcorn seeds

salt the popcorn


  1. Melt together and bring to a boil all ingredients for the caramel.

  2. Pour the carmel over the popcorn and stir very well until evenly coated.

  3. Makes about 18 servings.
