Canned Tomatoes

Quantity: 1 Quart Jar

10 Min Boil bath


1 Quart Jar

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tbsp Vinegar


  1. Cook Tomatoes until skin begins to break.

  2. Skin and smash the tomatoes.

  3. Boil down the tomatoes.

  4. Fill Jar with Tomatoes. In Each Quart jar follow the above recipe. Wipe the jar and place the lid on top.

  5. Place in canning pot filled with Water, once water is brought to a boil do a boil bath for 10 min.
