Burnt almond fudge ice cream

Bake at 350 Degrees


1/2 - 1 c toasted smashed almonds

1 c. Dutch process cocoa

1 c. Sucanat

1/2 c raw milk

1/2 c whipped raw cream

1 Tb Real Vanilla

1 c raw milk

4 1/2 c. whipped cream


  1. Toast the almonds and place in freezer until later.

  2. Mix together cocoa, sucanat, milk, and whipped cream. Cook over medium low heat and whisk until smooth and glossy. Cool to almost cold.

  3. Mix together vanilla, raw milk, and the chocolate mixture. Put into your ice cream freezer and add the whip cream.

  4. Add cold toasted almonds about halfway throught the freezing time.
