Avon Hillman’s Shrimp Puffs


1 8-oz can crushed pineapple, drained   

2/3 c shredded carrot                            

½ c cottage cheese, drained                

½ c plain yogurt                                    

1 tsp lemon juice                                   

2  4½-oz cans small shrimp, drained      

2 boiled eggs, chopped                          

small cream puffs (4 egg recipe)


Mix lightly. Fill puffs by one Tbsp level
