#55 Parmesan Corn Chips

These little babies are surprisingly satisfying.  Try it with guacamole and beans.  I make my own cornmeal with my grinder.  Use popcorn and preferably soaked or sprouted popcorn.  Cornmeal goes rancid quickly so I like to grind what I need when I need it so it is super fresh.

1 cup Corn meal
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Water

Spread thin on parchment paper on cookie sheet.  Bake 325° until crispy.
