#51 Starter and Seed Crackers

2 Cups Starter
1-1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 Tbs Poppy seeds
2 Tbs Chia seeds
2 Tbs Sesame seeds
1 Tbs Chives or Dried Onion
1 tsp Rosemary
Any combination of your favorite seeds and spices will work
Preheat oven and two cookie sheets to 350°.  Spread the mixture extremely thin on a piece of parchment paper.  Place on hot cookie sheet, put the second cookie sheet on top of the mixture as if you are stacking the sheets for storage.  Cook for 10 min.  Take off parchment paper and flip the cracker over, bake again for 5 more minutes.  Now is the time to cut the crackers with a pizza cutter if you want them nice and square, or you can just wait until they are crispy and cool and break them.  Finish crisping the crackers in a cooler oven 150-180°

Enjoy with hummus or guacamole!
