This is yummy and I love it on fermented veggies. It is very sweet so if you are just coming off of sugar this a good one for you. Those of you who have left sugar far behind you may like this for visitors or cut the sugar down for your family. Use this on my boating salad recipe.
1/4 of a Yellow Onion roughly chopped
1/2 cup Homemade ketchup or tomato sauce
1/4 Golden Balsamic Vinegar
1-1/2 tsp Annies Natural Organic Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 to 1 tsp Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 cup Olive Oil
Throw it all in your blender, drizzle in the oil a bit at a time while blending and it will emulsify and be thick and lovely.
Double makes 1 quart
