Eat this with starter crackers instead of corn chips for your taste buds to say “Wow, this is gooood!”4 Avocados – Mashed 4 big Green Onion leaves or 1 large green onion – Chopped fine 2 Garlic Cloves – Minced 1 Tomato – Diced 1/2 of a Lemon or whole Lime Salt to taste Red Pepper Flakes to taste Mash all together and enjoy the creamy goodness. Makes a large batch, good for small parties. If you do not eat all of it and want to put it in the fridge to keep the leftovers, put the avocado pits back in the guacamole bowl. They will help keep it from turning brown.
