Salads

Salads are a main dish.  Mostly raw and bursting with vitamins and enzymes.  We should eat salads on an everyday basis.  Getting those greens is key!

Use them for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Take them as picnic food, fast food, brown bag it to school and work.  Don’t think of them as a side or appetizer any longer, think of them a the whole deal.
