#39 Ginger Tea

This is fantastic for colds and flu, especially congestion and ear aches.  I was getting worse by the minute until I took a cup of this and I immediately reversed and started getting better.  And it’s yummy.

Fresh Ginger, grated
Whole Lemon, Juiced and including the rind
Orange Peal (opt)
A couple whole cloves (opt)
Let simmer for a while and then drink.  You can add water again to contents and simmer again if desired.
Cayenne pepper
