This is one of my go to meals if I am really in a hurry. 10 min. Done.
Chop what ever veggies you want to use. I love using cabbage. It quickly cuts into 1″ slices and steams on the stove in just a few minutes. I also like to roast broccoli and cauliflower for five minutes under a broiler. It goes on any veggie, carrots, asparagus, brussel sprouts etc…
While they are cooking in a sauce pan put:
1 cup Cream (less if it’s for a few people) Heat up but don’t boil. Then add,
1 cup shredded cheese, use your favorite. I really like pepper jack or swiss. Cheddar works too. Parmesan may need a bit more time to melt. If you want more cheese flavor add more cheese.
Heat the cream, then add the cheese and melt but don’t boil. Salt to taste. Spoon over veggies or my kids like to put it in little cups and dip their veggies into it.
There’s your easy peasy meal.
