#42 Funeral Potatoes

5 lbs Potatoes – boil in jackets cool and grate
Mix together:
1 cup Cream
1/2 cup Butter (melted)
1 pt Sour Cream
2-3 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup dry minced onions or 1/2 cup fresh
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 TBs chives or “salad” from lighthouse
1 1/2 tsp “Rosemary Garlic” spice
1/2 tsp garlic granules
Layer:  Potatoes, Sauce, Potatoes, Sauce
Top with grated cheese
Works well to make ahead and refrigerate over night.  Bake at 350 covered for 45-60 min.  bake uncovered the last few minutes to brown the cheese.
