#83 Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

This recipe was introduced to me by my friend Stephanie Carter.  We loved them, but true to form I can’t make a recipe without changing it, so here is my version.


  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Sucanat
  • cream together, then add:
  • 6 eggs

Cream again, then add:

  • 2-1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Sprouted Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips


Cook at 350 for 7-9 min until turns golden brown.  Makes 60 large cookies
