Just good old whipped cream.
Whip as much cream as you need and sweeten with Real Maple Syrup.
Such as:
2 cups Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Maple Syrup (more if you want sweeter)
Whip the cream, add the Syrup
My Professional Baker Sister says to make whipped cream that will hold a couple of days use:
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Real Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
Cream together very well then add:
1-3/4 cup Whipping Cream
Whip till fluffy
Add zest if you want.
