#25 Chocolate Chia Candy

These were an accident when I was trying to make something else, but we snarfed them right up!  Fun for little ones to make and Glutten-free.

3/4 c hazelnuts
2 Tbs cocoa
1/4 c cashews
2 – 3 Tbs coconut oil
pinch of salt
12 dates
1/3 c unsweetened coconut

Run everything through the food processor I actually blended everything really well took it out and ran the dates for a few seconds and then put everything together and processed till smoothish.  Then I rolled them into balls and rolled the balls in chia seeds.  Quite a yummy way to get those Omega-3s!
