We love cocoa and this is a great recipe using whole food.
Hot Cocoa 7 c whole raw milk 1/3 c cocoa 9 TBs (a little more than a 1/2 c) real maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla sprinkle of salt flavoring of your choice like mint, coconut, orange. Just use a drop or two at a time until you get the flavor you want. Warm slowly on the stoveEnjoy
