#14 Chocolate Fondu

Warning – Hazardous to your health.  This one is just not healthy.  Only eat it at Christmas or in times of extreme girl parties.

Chocolate Fondu
1/3 cup  Coconut Oil (If you use unrefined oil it gives your fondu a nice coconut flavor)
8 oz Milk Chocolate (I like Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Buttons or use chocolate chips)
1/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c dark chocolate shavings or chips
2-3 Tbls milk or cream, Use to thin to the degree you want
Heat with a fondu pot, crock pot, or over the stove in a double boiler.  Slow heat just till melted and smooth.

Serve with fresh pineapple, strawberries, mandarine oranges, whole pecans, bananas, pretzels, popcorn, kiwi, blueberries or any other fruit you would like with chocolate,  and other fun dipping stuff.  I stick with fruit, nuts, and popcorn then I can justify eating the chocolate on my healthy food.
