#34 Sourdough Crepes

1 cup starter
2 Tbs butter (soffened)
1/4 cup your choice of sweetener  Sucanat, Honey, Real Maple Syrup (opt on if you want a sweet crepe or not)
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1/2 tsp Vanilla
 
Fry in butter in a non-stick skillet.  I use cast iron.  Makes 6 very large crepes.
