#2 Raw Breakfast

Sliced cucumbers

Sunflower greens (sprouts only longer, my son grows great ones.  I’ll post how to grow them later)

Mung bean sprouts

Canteloupe

Apricots

Some of us ate them separately, Some of us ate them together in a smoothie, and some of us at them both ways.  🙂

In the Smoothie I threw it all in with a banana and some coconut milk (the canned fatfull kind, not the stuff you drink in place of cows milk that is watery)

Yum!  Kept me happy until lunch.
