#71 Bethany’s Tortillas

These are yummy.  She says make the dough and let it sit for at least 12 hours but 24-36 is better.  Nice you can make this dough a day and a half ahead.  Convienient.  Cook these on a hot griddle with some oil.  Watch out Cafe Rio, these are good!

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour (usually needs a bit more.  I love these with sprouted wheat flour.)

1/4 cup Fat

3/4 cup Water

1 Tbs Vinegar

1/4 tsp Salt (opt. Beth salts them after they are rolled out, I add it to the dough.)

Roll out very thin, salt while cooking.  Makes 10 med tortillas.
