I call this squash bread because any squash will do, pumpkin, butternut, banana squash, even sweet potato works. We like this a little on the underdone side and it is remanicent of a bread pudding.
Cream together:
1 cup Date Sugar 1 cup Sucanat 4 Eggs 1-1/2 cups Coconut Oil Then add: 2 cups Squash 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 Tbs Cinnamon 1 cup Coconut 1 cup Chopped Dates 1 cup Walnuts, 0ptional 3 cups Sprouted Wheat Flour Bake at 350° for 40 min to 1 hour or about 190° internal temperature
