Breakfast – on the run, sliced apple with avacado and cucumber
Lunch – Salad with refried beans, some sauted green peppers and onions with 1-2 oz chicken, shredded lettus and salsa
Dinner – Homemade bread with raspberry jam
What a busy day! Ran from 8am to 8pm. Luckily Brigham had made homemade bread for dinner and had it ready when I finally got to eat at 9:30!
